Organizational Needs Assessment

Therapeutic and Mental Health Services
LEARN Academy® provides services to students whose success at school, home, and in the community is impacted by social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs. We adopt a safe and individualized approach to supporting each child as they develop the functional and interpersonal skills required to succeed in a less restrictive environment.
ABA has evolved significantly since that time period, with research advancing therapeutic interventions and protocols—and transforming the overly rigid, structured approach from the early years into something far more child-centered and age-appropriate.
Consultation and Program Management
Our approach to schools and districts is rooted in a consultative mindset. This means balancing an understanding of long-term needs with the urgency of mandates and the corresponding need for immediate action. In addition to providing on-site special education professionals, LEARN Academy® offers special education management services for school networks and districts in search of a complete special education partner.

Intensive Academic Intervention
LEARN Academy® provides Title I, II, III, and IV programs to public, private, and charter schools for pre-K to 12 students both onsite and virtually. We create a research-based academic program for each student based on their academic proficiency and challenges, which we continually monitor and report on based on all key performance metrics. We also provide a variety of academic and enrichment programs, as well as comprehensive professional development offerings for teachers and administrators.
Funding Consultation
LEARN Academy® provides schools and school districts with funding consultation services to assist in navigating the complex process of securing financial resources. We assist schools and school districts in identifying and accessing funding opportunities that align with their specific needs and goals.
Compliance
LEARN Academy® provides schools and districts with the information they need to comply with federal and state regulations for students with special needs, including Title I. Based on their onsite assessment of potential risk areas, our experts will detail immediate, short- and long-term quality improvements to academic and special education programs — insights that schools and districts can use to proactively ensure compliance.
